Dosa is a typical part of the South India diet and popular all over the Indian subcontinent. Traditionally, Dosa is served hot along with sambar, stuffing of potatoes or paneer and chutney. It can be consumed with idlo podi as well. The Schezwan Dosa Recipe is spicy but also a bit tangy and sweet. Usually schezwan sauce is added to make this dish. The recipe is loosely inspired from Chinese cuisine. In this recipe, a clever use of Sichuan pepper or schezwan pepper is made. Thus completely eliminating the addition of schezwan sauce.
